They offer a Vietnamese version of a Philly cheesesteak inspired by Bo Luc Lac.

It is made with brisket that is cooked in a pho broth. Then, it is deglazed with sweet soy sauce and pepperoncini is added. All of the fillings are then placed into a baguette and served with a cheese blend.

Authentic Philly at the Corner

Before you see a show at The Forum, why not try Authentic Philly at the Corner out? It’s right nearby and is well known for serving unconventional items.

If you’re a college student at USC and looking for a cheap but filling meal, head to Figueroa. Their Philly cheesesteak has thinly sliced ribeye, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and jalapeno nacho cheese inside bread specially shipped from Philly.
