The ingredients of the products are trout, avocados, mayonnaise, milk cream, lemon juice, purple onion, coriander, salt, corn starch. Preparation for this recipe is slightly different from the sancocho, but it is also a healthier and tastier product.

First, you need to clean out the trout, and after that, you need to add some lemon water in it. Leave it for 20 to 30 minutes.

Chop the avocado and add mayonnaise, cream, a little salt in it and stir it properly. Next, you need to cut the onion and reserve it. Now, you need to roast the trout and add some little salt in order to make it tasty.

Now, assemble the whole dish and serve. This product can be served with banana, which proves that it contains a high nutritional value.
