  • Almond milk: ½ cup
  • Black grapes: ¾ cup (frozen)

How To Prepare

Add the frozen grapes, almond milk, a pinch of dried lavender, and reishi mushroom powder into a blender and blend it.

Once blended, mix in yogurt until it turns into a marble texture. The next step is to savor it and enjoy it!

  • Reishi Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients Required

  • Coconut milk fat: 2 cups
  • Chia seeds: ½ cup
  • Ceylon cinnamon: 3 tsp
  • Vanilla/ peppermint extract: ½ tsp
  • Reshi mushroom powder: 1 tsp
  • Reishi mushroom cordyceps-M: 1 tsp
  • Raw cocoa powder: ¼ cup
  • Stevia or monk-fruit sweetener: 2 to 6 drops

How To Prepare

Add all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Then pour it into a jar and leave it in the freezer overnight.

  • Reishi Mushroom Bounty Bar

Ingredients Required

  • Coconut milk: 1/3 cup
  • Reishi mushroom powder: 2 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut unsweetened: 2 cups
  • Coconut butter: ¼ cup
  • Maple syrup: ¼ 
  • Dark chocolate: 200 grams

How To Prepare

Heat the coconut milk in a pan. Add maple syrup, coconut butter, and sea salt to the milk once it comes to a boil.

Next, add the desiccated coconut and the reishi mushroom powder to the smooth mixture. Keep mixing and stirring until the mixture becomes thick and comes together. Then take it off the stove.

Take a tin and line it. Pour the mixture into the tin, flatten and freeze it for the next two hours.

After freezing, take it out and cut it into bars. Melt the dark chocolate and dip these bars into the chocolate. Lay the chocolate-dipped bars into a baking tray and let them dry. You can sprinkle shaved chocolate on top for added taste and looks. 

  • Reishi Mushroom Soup

Ingredients Required

  • Reishi mushrooms: ¼ cup dried 
  • Shitake mushrooms: 2 cups fresh sliced or ½ cup dried
  • Yellow onion: diced one medium
  • Carrots: 2, sliced thick
  • Fennel bulb: 1 diced
  • Fennel fronds: minced
  • Garlic cloves: 4 minced
  • Ginger: 2 tbsp, peeled and grated
  • Miso paste: ¼ cup
  • Thyme: 1 tbsp
  • Allspice: 1 tbsp 
  • Ground pepper: to taste
  • Sea salt: to taste
  • Kale: chopped in 3 cups
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp

How To Prepare

Heat a soup pot. Add olive oil. Heat it and sauté onions. Then add garlic and sauté. After a minute, add all the vegetables except for the reishi mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown.

  • Add the reishi mushrooms, all the dried spices, and miso paste. Add six cups of water. Bring the mix to a boil. Then simmer it for the next one hour with the lid closed on low heat.
  • Add kale and stir to let it cook.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle fennel fronds on top and enjoy.
