This signature salad dressing recipe from LL Chef Services may be the world’s healthiest and delicious (okay, maybe a slight exaggeration, but still really good)!
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered
- 1/4 cup MCT oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Procedure
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until emulsified.That’s it! Mix in or drizzle over your favorite salad & enjoy.
