Fried rice recipe
Ingredients
- MAGGI Magic Cubes (Vegetarian): 3 cubes (crumbled)
- Cooked Rice: 4 Cups
- Vegetables (cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, beans, and peas): 3 cups (chopped)
- Garlic: 6-8 cloves (crushed)
- Oil: 4 tablespoons
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic and stir-fry it until the fragrance comes out.
- Add other vegetables and stir well.
- Add cooked rice to the mixture.
- Next, add crumbled MAGGI Magic Cubes and mix well
- Serve it hot
Bread Poha Recipe
Ingredients
- MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic: 1 sachet
- Bread: 9 slices
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Curry Leaves: 6-8
- Dry Red Chillies: 2, whole
- Asafoetida Powder (Hing): 1/8 teaspoon
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Potato: 1 (Sliced)
- Peas: ½ cup, shelled
- Peanuts: 2 tablespoons, roasted
- Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Salt: According to taste
- Water: 1 tablespoon
Method
- Cut the bread into square shapes
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida powder, and dry red chilli.
- Now add onions and cook until they become golden brown.
- Next, add potatoes and green peas.
- Cook them for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix all well.
- Now, add turmeric powder, roasted peanuts, salt, and red chilli powder.
- Pour a few drops of water and cook for a minute or two.
- Now add the lemon juice and stir well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Ingredients
- Rava (Sooji): ½ cup
- Rice Flour: ½ cup
- Maida: ¼ cup
- Onion: 1 small (chopped)
- Green Chillies: 1-2
- Ginger: ½ inch,
- Pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds: ½ teaspoon
- Curry Leaves: 8-10
- Butter Milk: 2 cups
- Water: ½ cup
- Coriander Leaves: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: According to taste
- Oil: For roasting
Method
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, Rava, and maida.
- Add green chillies, chopped onion, ginger paste, pepper, curry leaves, and cumin seeds to it.
- Add buttermilk to it and keep stirring.
- Add salt and chopped coriander.
- Keep it aside for the next 30 minutes.
- Grease a pan using oil and heat it
- Keep it on medium flame and pour the batter on it.
- Always start from the edges of the pan and move towards the centre while pouring the batter. Do not leave any gaps.
- Cook till the base becomes brown and crisp.
- Serve it hot with chutneys.
